With a winning streak to continue the Matadors in dominating fashion came out and took it to UC San Diego, with a final score of 16-1. Chris Gale topped the Matadors with 5 goals for 9 points, followed by Anthony Kednryna with 4 goals and 8 points. Jack Avetissian put one in and strung together a double play maker for 7 points. 

Anthony Annesse scored a hat trick for 5 points, along with one of the most impressive back hands of the season, the shot caught everyone in the arena by complete surprise especially UCSD goalie Ben Cohen. JP Gale and AJ Bernhardt both finished the night with a goal and 3 assists for the night. Voya Zlatanovic netted his first of the year off an amazing pass by Rory Lamb on a 2 on 1.

 The Matadors will be facing one of the toughest weekends of the year next Friday and Saturday with road games against UC Irvine and Division II Cal. State Long Beach. Check back throughout the week for updates on next week's games.
